The Activate eDiscovery for Email/Cloud Apps view of the License Summary Report displays the current number of Compliance Search (eDiscovery) users for each company.

Activate feature usage is metered in Feature Release 22 and later releases.
Included Components
The Activate eDiscovery for Email/Cloud Apps license includes Compliance Search (eDiscovery) users based on the number of unique, active mailboxes for either Exchange user mailbox or Exchange/SMTP journal mailbox on Exchange virtual clients where content indexing or entity extraction is enabled.
Where to Access the Report
To view this report, in the License Summary Report, in the Activate License table, under License, click Activate eDiscovery for Email/Cloud Apps (per user).
Activate Users Per Company Current Details
This table displays the current number of users that use Compliance Search (eDiscovery) for each company.
