Adding Additional Backup Content to an Amazon Web Services VM Group

To back up additional content, you can add additional instances to an Amazon Web Services VM group.

Before You Begin

Review the following options:

• Add Instances Options for Amazon Web Services

• Add Rule Options for Amazon Web Services

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Virtualization.

   The Virtual machines page appears.

2. On the VM groups tab, click the VM group.

   The VM group page appears.

3. On the Content tab, in the Content section, click the edit button .

   The Manage content dialog box appears.

4. Create rules that auto-discover and select instances to back up or select instances in other ways.

5. To see a list of the instances that will be backed up, click Preview.

6. Click OK.
