You can share a legal hold case or a review set case with another user who can view, search and export data in a case.
Assign the Case Manager Reviewer Role
- Assign Case Manager Reviewer role to the user. For more information, see Administering the Security Associations of a User.
Set Permissions on the Data Classification Plan
Give the Case Manager reviewer access to the data classification plans.

From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Plans.
The Plans page appears.

In the Plan name column, click the data classification plan.
The data classification plan page appears.

In the Security section, click Edit.
The Security dialog box appears.

Enter the user name, select Plan Subscription Role, and then click Add.

Click Save.
Set Permissions on the Server Plan
Give Case Manager Reviewer access to the to the server plans.

From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Plans.
The Plans page appears.

In the Plan name column, click the server plan.
The server plan page appears.

In the Security section, click Edit.
The Security dialog box appears.

Enter the user name, select Plan Subscription Role, and then click Add.

Click Save.
