Before You Begin
Before you can perform the following procedure, ensure you have met the following requirements:

You must be able to log in to the Web Console. See Accessing the Web Console.

Your administrator must have added you as an Edge Drive user.

To access your Edge Drive from client applications that support WebDAV protocol, your administrator must first enable WebDAV support on the Web Console computer.
Procedure
You can access the files in your Edge Drive from the following Edge Drive locations:
Web Console

From your browser, log on to the Web Console. See Accessing the Web Console.

In the My Applications page, click My Data.

On the left navigation pane, click Drive.
A list of files and folders in your Edge Drive appears.

Configure Edge Drive on your laptop.

For cloud configuration, see Adding a Local Virtual Drive (Windows only).

Open the Edge Drive folder or the network drive on your laptop.
The contents in your Edge Drive appear in your Edge Drive folder or network drive.
