Advanced Restore Options (Redirect)

Use this dialog box to administer table space containers (paths).

Redirect All Table Spaces/Database to

Specifies whether to use or create the path to which all table spaces should be directed. Use the space to include or change this path. When this field is enabled, the Redirect Table Space Containers field is disabled.

Browse

Click to search for a path to which all table spaces should be directed.

Redirect Table Space Containers

Specifies whether to administer one or more table space containers. When this field is enabled, the Redirect All Table Spaces to field is disabled.

Table Space

Lists the names of the table spaces whose container name can be administered. To administer a container name for a table space, click the appropriate table space name. Once you do this, the current associated container name (path) is displayed is the Container Name field (discussed below). The Add button is activated.

Container Name

Lists the container name (path) for the table space selected in the Table Space field. To take action on this container name, click the name and the software makes the buttons available.

Note: For non-automatic storage databases, the software displays the high-water mark value for tablespaces that are created by the database management system (DMS).

Add

Click to create a new container name for the table space from Browsing for Container Name of Table Space.

Edit

Click to edit the container name for the table space from Editing Container Name of Table Space.

Delete

Click to delete the container name for the table space.

Find and Replace

Click to find the container name or part of the container name for a table space and to replace the affected text with the text you choose from Find and Replace.
