If you are creating an operation window rule at a level beneath the CommServe or Client Computer Group, you can choose to bypass any operation window rules configured at higher levels.
Note
The Ignore Blackout Window Rules at Higher Levels check box is not available for operation rules set at the schedule policy level.
Procedure

Right-click the entity, and then click All Tasks > Blackout Window.

From the Blackout Window dialog box, click the Ignore Blackout Window Rules at Higher Levels check box.

Click Yes to confirm.
All operation window rules configured at levels above the entity you selected will be ignored.

Click Close.
