You must have a CS recovery manager role to download the CommServe Disaster Recovery (DR) backups that are uploaded to the Metallic Cloud from the CommServe computers that are registered on the cloud and that have Cloud Metrics Reporting activated.
The files of each DR backup are available in a SET folder on the Cloud Services Portal. All users, including the Cloud CommCell role managers in the system-defined CommCell group can view and request to download the DR backup files available in the SET folders. Managed service providers (MSPs) can create user-defined CommCell groups on the Cloud Services Portal that include tenant users. Tenant users in user-defined groups cannot view or download DR backups for the CommServe server.
