Excluding Access Control Lists

Applies To: ONStor, Stratus, and NetApp

The ACLs are restored by default during a restore operation. You can exclude ACLs from the restore.

Procedure

  1. From the CommCell Console, go to Client Computers > client > NDMP.

  2. Right-click the backup set, and then click All Tasks > Browse and Restore.

  3. Click View Content.

  4. Clear the Restore ACLs check box.

  5. Click OK.
