Filter files and folders and then view the permissions for those files and folders. The filter criteria include owners, users, or sensitive tags such as SSN and other PII data.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Activate.
The Activate page appears.

Under File Storage Optimization, click Entitlement manager.
The Entitlement manager page appears.

Upper-left corner of the page, from the server list, select the server that contains the files or folders that you want to review the permissions for.
The files and folders that are on the server appear.

Under Filters, click Add.
The Filters dialog box appears.

Select the filters to apply to the files and folders:

To filter by user, on the Users tab, in the search box, type the name of the user, and then select the user.
Note
When you filter by user, all AD groups the user belongs to are also displayed in the filter results.

To filter by owner, on the Owners tab, click the owner.
You can select multiple owners.

To filter by file extensions, on the Extensions tab, select the file extensions.
- To view files with no extensions, move the Include files with no extension toggle to the right.

To filter by sensitive data, on the Sensitive entities tab, select the type of sensitive data.

Click Apply.
