Forms - Web Console

Using a Form

Forms are created by Administrators so common tasks can be performed from the Web Console. Once the Administrator notifies you that forms are available in the Web Console, use the following steps to use the forms:

  1. From the Web Console, click Forms.

  2. From the Forms tab, click the form name to open the data entry window.

  3. Enter the form information.

    Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

  4. Click OK.

Completing an Action

Actions are sent by Administrators. Once an Administrator sends you an action, use the following steps to complete it:

  1. From the Web Console, click Forms.

  2. From the Actions tab, click Open to work with new actions.

  3. Click the link in the Subject column to open the data entry window.

  4. Enter the form information.

    Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

  5. Click OK.

Once completed, the action is moved to the Completed area.
