Use this tab to manage the DB2 Instance properties.
Client name
Displays the name of the client computer on which this instance is found.
DataAgent
Displays the name of the Agent to which this instance belongs.
Instance Name
Displays the name of the selected DB2 Instance.
Version
Displays the version of DB2 on which the Agent was installed or upgraded on the client computer.
Home
Displays the path to the DB2 application's home directory. Click Browse to change the path.
User Account
Displays the User Account used by the system to access the DB2 application.
Change
Click to change the DB2 application user account.
Description
Use this field to enter a description about the entity. You can include information such as the entity's content, and cautionary notes.
Auto detect new and deleted partitions
Select this check box when you want to have the Commvault software automatically detect new and deleted DB2 MultiNode partitions.
