SetDeviceControllerProps

Description

Set pruning MediaAgent for cloud library.

Note:

Before executing the Qscript, please stop the Commvault services on the DDB MediaAgents associated to the cloud library.

Post Qscript execution, start the services on DDB MediaAgent.

Usage

qoperation execscript -sn SetDeviceControllerProps -si operation -si LibraryName -si DeviceName -si MediaAgentName

operation � SetPruner / GetPruner

SetPruner � To set an MA as pruner for library/Device. Previous MA will be unset automatically.

GetPruner � Given Library and Device name, it gets the MediaAgent client name which is set as pruner

LibraryName - Name of library for which pruner MA is set/get.

DeviceName - Name of device for which pruner MA is set/get.

MediaAgentName - Name of mediaagent which is set as pruner.
