Set or Remove the data base key and value from the gxglobalparam table.
Usage
To set the key "JMExtnRtnCombinedPriority" into gxglobalparam table
qoperation execscript -sn SetKeyIntoGlobalParamTbl.sql -si JMExtnRtnCombinedPriority -si y -si 066
To remove the key from gxglobalparam table
qoperation execscript -sn SetKeyIntoGlobalParamTbl.sql -si JMExtnRtnCombinedPriority -si n
