CommCell administrators, or any user who has the User Management permission, can set quotas for users. (User Administration and Security - Getting Started describes setting permissions for users.)
Important: The CommCell Users tab shows only those users who have actually logged on to the CommServe, not all the users defined on the external domain controller.
To set a quota for an individual backup user, follow these steps:

In the CommCell Console, expand Security, then click CommCell Users.

On the CommCell Users tab, right-click the user_name, then click Properties. The User Properties dialog box opens.

On the General tab, clear Inherit User Group Quota Settings, then select Enforce File System Quota.

Accept the default setting or enter a quota in gigabytes in the Disable data protection when quota usage exceeds box.

Click OK.
