Snapshot Configuration Properties of the INFINIDAT Storage Array

The Snap Configuration tab contains properties that affect the behavior of the storage array in your environment.

Use Secure connection to Server

When selected, the connection to the storage array uses the secure socket layer (SSL). By default, this option is selected.

Server Port

Specifies the port that storage array uses for connection. For HTTPS, the value is 443. For HTTP, the value is 80. The default value is 443.

Snap Operation Retry Interval (in seconds)

The time interval (in seconds) after which a snapshot operation will no longer be retried. The default value is 60.

Snap Operation Retry Count

The number of retry attempts for a snapshot operation operation. The default value is 30.

Enable Diagnostic Logging

When selected, enables diagnostics logging.

Array Host Aliases

The list of aliases that can be accessed by the array. The list is useful when array aliases cannot be detected automatically, or when duplicate assets might be detected between arrays that are shared by the same array access node.

The list of NAS service IPs which can be used to access NFS exports.

Replication sync retry count

The number of retry attempts to check for synchronization to finish.

Replication sync retry interval (in seconds)

The time interval (in seconds) after which the synchronization status check will be retried.

Do not create Active Active remote volume snapshot

When selected, local snapshots are taken, even if the source volumes are configured as active-active. The default value is clear.
