If you add additional tokens to the alert notification message, the values for the tokens are sent in object type 17. For example, the <STORAGE POLICIES USED> token is added to the notification message for a data protection alert. The names of the storage policies are sent in object type 17. AlertSeverity

The severity of the alert, represented as an integer. Valid values are:

  • 0, automatically picked

  • 1, critical

  • 2, warning (major)

  • 3, information (minor)

The severity information is available only for the SNMP traps for the computers that use the SNMP V3 protocol.
