Viewing Quota Information in the Web Console

By using the Web Console, you can view the quota set for you by your administrator, and you can monitor your usage.

Procedure

  1. Launch the Web Console from your web browser. If you don't know the URL, your administrator can supply it.

  2. Log on to the Web Console using your network credentials.

  3. On the My Applications page, click the My Data link.

  4. Between the My Data title and the list of your computers, Disk Usage shows the total amount of data backed up from your client computers and your quota.

The amount of data backed up for each client computer is listed in the Size column. To view details about what was backed up, click Restore under the Actions column.

To see the sizes of backed-up folders, click Settings under the Actions column, and then click Select Files for each computer.

Note: The Size information that appears beside each client computer name indicates only the data backed up from the default backup set.

What to Do Next

If your computer is approaching or has exceeded your quota, you have two options to make sure your backups continue:

  • You can delete files from file system backups through the Web Console. For information on how to delete files, see File System End-User Delete - Overview.

  • Your administrator can increase your quota.
