The AWS (Amazon Web Services) setup for Hedvig Storage Clusters has very specific requirements for hardware and software. You must launch AWS instances before deploying a Hedvig Storage Cluster with those instances.

Hedvig typically requires m4.10xlarge instances. The number and quantity of drives depend on cluster size and performance requirements.
