Best Practices for OneDrive for Business

To avoid throttling issues, like error code 429 during a backup operation, use a minimum of five Azure Active Directory Application details for each OneDrive for Business agent.

For 5000 users or less, use 5 Azure apps. Then, for every 1000 users, add one Azure app.
