You can use the Command Center to delete backup data and archive data.
When you delete backup data or archive data, delete the data from the source location, so that the next backup operation does not back up the data again. If the files are archived, delete their stubs from the source before running the delete data operation, so that the stubs are not backed up again.
Procedure

To delete the data, perform one of the following steps:

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > File Servers.
The File Servers page appears.

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Archiving.
The Archiving page appears.

In the Actions column, click the Actions button
beside the subclient name for which you want to delete the data and then click Restore.The Backup content page appears.

Select the files and/or folders that you want to delete.

Click the Actions button
and then click Delete. -
Click Yes.
The data is permanently deleted so that it is no longer available for browsing and recovery.
