You can enable client certificate authentication on the CommServe computer.
Procedure
-
On the CommCell Console ribbon, click the Home tab, and then click Control Panel.
 -
In the CommCell area, click Certificate Administration.
 -
Select Yes for Force per-client certificate authentication on CommServe, and then click OK.
Note
-
In Feature Release 11.22 and later, the Force per-client certificate authentication on CommServe option is hidden by default. For more information, see Displaying the Force Per-Client Certificate Authentication Option.
 -
If, in Feature Release 11.21 or earlier, you selected Yes for the Force per-client certificate authentication on CommServe option, the option will be visible even if you don't enable the bDisplayForceClientCertificateAuthenticationOption additional setting.

 -
Close the Control Panel.
 -
In the CommCell Browser, right-click your CommServe instance's name, and then click All Tasks > Push Network Configuration.

To push the network configuration for the CommServe host, click Continue, and then click OK.
