You can view and restore files that are hidden by the operating system.
Procedure
- 
From the CommCell Browser, go to Client Computers > client > File System.
 - 
Click the backup set.
 - 
Right-click the subclient, and then go to All Tasks > Browse and Restore.
The Browse and Restore Options dialog box appears.
 - 
On the Advanced Options tab, select the Include Troubleshooting Folders check box.
 - 
Click View Content.
The Browse page appears.
 - 
Select all the folders that you want to recover, and then click Recover All Selected.
The Restore Options dialog box appears.
 - 
On the General tab, select the client that you want to restore the folders to.
 - 
Click OK.
