Getting started with protecting Azure Cosmos DB containers and databases with Commvault includes creating an access node, completing the Databases guided setup, and then performing a test backup and restore.

Procedure

1. Verify that your environment meets the system requirements for the Azure Cosmos DB SQL API.

2. Add an access node.

3. Complete the Databases guided setup.

4. Perform a test backup and restore.
