Adding a File Server for Azure NetApp Files Exported to NFS

Add the Azure NetApp Files file server for NFS.

Before You Begin

Ensure that you have configured access node (file server) that has access to the Azure subscription. For more information see, Complete the File Servers Guided Setup for Azure NetApp Files.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > File servers.

    The File servers page appears.

  2. In the upper-right area of the page, click Add server.

    The Configure File Server page box appears.

  3. Click Azure NetApp Files and then click Next.

    The Azure NetApp Files page appears.

  4. In the Name box, enter a name for the server.

  5. In the Azure subscription box, select the subscription.

    To add new subscription, click + and then add the subscription details.

  6. From the Plan list, select the server plan to use for the file server.

  7. From the Access nodes list, select the access nodes to use for the server.

  8. (Optional) Move the All NFS Shares toggle to left to select specific NFS shares for backup and restore.

  9. Click Save.
