Settings

Use the Commvault settings to manage registry keys for the Commvault software. You can use these settings to troubleshoot and perform other environment-specific configurations for Windows and UNIX client computers.

You can manage the settings from the Command Center. Navigate to Manage > System, click the Settings tile and perform the following steps:

  • To add and configure global settings at the CommCell level, use the CommCell settings. For more information, see CommCell Settings.

  • To add and configure settings for the server or server group, use the Entity settings. For more information, see Settings for Servers and Server Groups.
