Generating the As Built Guide

You can generate the As Built Guide on the Web Console.

Before You Begin

• Enable the As Built Guide setting.

Procedure

1. Log on to Web Console.

2. Click Reports.

   The Reports page appears.

3. Click Help > As Built Guide.

4. On the Fill the customer information dialog box, in the Customer Name box, enter the name of your organization.

5. Next to Data Source, select the source for the report data:

   • To collect report data directly from the CommServe database, select Database.

   • To collect report data from an XML that is created from the CommServe database using a Qscript, select XML.

6. Click Submit.

   The As Built Guide is generated in .docx format.

7. Save or open the file.
