After you enable Private Metrics and data collection completes, you can access and configure your ChargeBack Report rate card.
As a best practice, schedule the generation of Chargeback reports.
If you have upstream reporting and billing systems, you can export reports to CSV files, and then import the CSV file into your systems.
Procedure

-
At a minimum, set prices for each of the following items:
-
Front End Cost cost per TB (Backup): Cost for each TB of protected tenant data.
-
Current Month/Week Cost per TB (Data on Media): Current monthly cost of transferring and storing all backup copies on all media.
-
Lifetime Cost per TB: Full lifecycle cost of storing all backup copies on all media.
The value you enter should be based on your own lifecycle costs.
-
Additional Cost (per tenant): Any additional costs that you add for each tenant to cover your costs for backup and recovery operations.
If you provide a base data allowance for your services, you can apply a flat discount percentage to the number of TBs that are defined as your base service allowance.
