The inventory dashboard shows general information regarding the assets in an inventory. To access the dashboard, click an inventory name from the Inventory manager page.
What You Can Do
You can perform the following actions on the dashboard:

The dashboard contains the following information:

Total Machines
The total number of servers in the inventory assets.

Total Users
The number users discovered in the inventory assets.

User Groups
The number of user groups discovered in the inventory assets.

Countries
The number of different countries where servers in the inventory are located.

Backed Up Status (chart)
A chart of the distribution of the number of servers that are backed up by the software.

Indexing Status (chart)
A chart of the distribution of the number of servers that are indexed by the software.

Users by Location (chart)
A map highlighting the countries where users are located. Larger circles on the map indicate that a larger number of users are located there relative to other locations.

Machines by Domain (chart)
A chart of the distribution of the servers by domain.

Machines by Operating System (chart)
A chart of the distribution of the number of servers by the installed operating system.

Machines Information
A table with information about each server in the inventory. To convert the table to a chart, click the menu button
, and then click Charts.-
Name
The name of the server.

Domain Name
The domain to which the server belongs.

Operating System
The operating system installed on the server.

Host Name
The host name of the server.
To perform additional functions within Machines information, click the menu icon
. The following options are available:-
Filters
Enable keyword filters for the columns in the chart.

Export to CSV
Export the entire chart to a CSV file on your computer.

Charts
Converts the table to a chart. Click Switch to table to convert back to a table.

Full screen
Opens the table in full screen mode. To exit full screen mode, click the menu icon
, and then click Exit full screen. -
Create View
Save the view of the chart.
