After conversion, RHEL 7 instances are not accessible through SSH:
In RHEL 7, the consistent network device naming convention that is used by default does not assign IP addresses for network cards attached to converted instances. To make instances accessible through SSH, access the instance through the serial console and use nmtui to configure the new network card.
