Set Up Authentication

Review the following links to set up authentication for end users in the Command Center:

1. Determine the way authentication will be set up.

   • Using domain, such as Active Directory

   • Using SAML, such as Okta, ADFS, Azure AD

   • Local CommCell users and user groups

2. To prevent laptop administrators from accessing user's data, you can exclude the administrators as client owners before installing the laptop package. For more information, see Excluding Laptop Administrators as Client Owners.

3. To associate the end users to a plan, see Associating users with plans.

4. To mass distribute the installation package to end user laptops, you can use an authcode for the company. For more information Enabling Authorization Code for a Company.
