Specifying an Endpoint URL for an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Region
Ideally, the instance metadata service of the OCI VSA acess node should provide required information. If not, and you see a connection error, you must specify the endpoint URL specific to that dedicated region, in order to access all REST APIs.
Use the OCIDedicateRegionURL setting to specify an endpoint URL for an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) dedicated region. When you add this setting, the system assumes that the access node is operating in the dedicated region.
Procedure

To the computer that acts as the access node, add the OCIDedicateRegionURL additional setting as shown in the following table.
