When you update an Office 365 Plan, you can modify various settings, including the backup and content indexing.
Go to the Office 365 Plan

From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Plans.
The Plans page appears.

On the Office 365 tab, click on the plan.
The plan details page appears.
Modify the Backup Settings
Include or exclude specific files and folders in your backup as per your backup requirements.

On the Overview tab, in the upper-right area of the OneDrive section, click Edit.

In the Folder filters section, add the folders to include or exclude.

In the File filters section, add the folders to include or exclude.

Click Save.
Modify the Search Settings

On the Overview tab, in the Search section, move the Content Indexing toggle key to the right.

Click Edit.

Under Advanced Options, in the Include file types section, include or exclude specific file types for content indexing.

Click Save.
