Usage Details for Capacity Types in the License Summary Report

The Usage Details Table for Capacity Types in the License Summary Report displays each job that consumed capacity for the particular Capacity license type.

To view the Usage Details View, in the Capacity Type View, select a license, agent, or client:

In the Usage by Licenses table under License, click a license type.
In the Usage by Agents table, click an agent.
In the Usage by Clients table, click a client.

Only some of the columns appear by default. You can view any additional columns by using the Columns setting.

Column	Description
License ID	The ID that is assigned to the license.
License	The type of license.
Job ID	The ID of the job that consumed capacity.
Job Type	The type of job, such as Backup.
Client ID	The ID assigned to the client computer.
Client	The client computer where the job ran.
Agent ID	The ID that is assigned to the agent type.
Agent	The type of agent installed on the client computer.
Instance ID	The ID that is assigned to the instance
Instance	The instance that contains the backup set.
Backup Set ID	The ID that is assigned to the backup set.
Backup Set	The backup set that contains the subclient.
Subclient ID	The ID that is assigned to the subclient.
Subclient	The subclient where the job ran.
Storage Policy ID	The ID that is assigned to the storage policy.
Storage Policy	The storage policy used by the job.
Used	The amount of capacity consumed by the job.
Tenant ID	The ID that is assigned to the tenant organization.
Tenant	The tenant organization that owns the client computer.
Plan	The plan that is associated with the subclient and storage policy.
Virtualization Client ID	The ID that is assigned to the virtualization client.
Virtualization Client	The virtualization client where the job ran.
Virtualization Job ID	The ID of the job that ran on the virtualization client. For VSA V2 virtualization jobs, this is the parent job ID.
Workload	The workload assigned to each subclient.
Workload ID	The ID of the workload.
