You can add users to user groups so that properties selected for the user group, for example, security associations, apply to all of the users in the group.
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, go to Security > CommCell User Groups.

Right-click the user group, and then click Properties.
The User Group Properties dialog box is displayed.

On the Members tab, assign users to the user group by moving users from the Available Members list to the Associated Members list.

Click OK.
