The Oracle HOME directory refers to the location where the Oracle application resides. When instances are discovered, the home path is automatically assigned to the instance. However, you can modify the home path location for an instance at any point of time. Use the following steps to configure the Oracle HOME directory:
-
From the CommCell Browser, navigate to Client Computers > RAC Client.
-
Right-click the instance, and then click Properties.
The Instance Properties dialog box appears.
-
On the Details tab, select the Oracle RAC database instance, and then click Modify.
-
In the ORACLE HOME box, type the path to Oracle Home directory.
-
Click OK.
