Enabling or Disabling the Performance Counters for Log Files

The software monitors the performance during various operations and logs the performance information in the PerformanceMetrics.log file. Logging of performance information is enabled by default. However, you can enable or disable the logging of performance information for a specific operation or file.

For a Specific Operation

• To the client computer, add the <LogFileName>_PERF additional setting as shown in the following table.

  For instructions on adding additional settings from the CommCell Console, see Add or Modify an Additional Setting.
