You can export one or more workflow definitions to a specific folder on your computer. This is useful if you want to share your workflows with users from a different CommCell environment. The exported workflows are saved as XML files in the specified folder. You can export a specific workflow or multiple workflows.

Multiple Workflows
You can export multiple workflow.
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, go to Workflows.

Right-click Workflows and click All Tasks > Export Definitions.

From the Bulk Export dialog box, click Browse to go to the folder where you want to save the workflows.

Select the workflows that you want to export.

Click Export.

Click OK to the pop up window.

Click Close.
You can verify the workflows were exported by going to the folder where you saved the workflows.
A Specific Workflow
You can export a specific workflow.
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, go to Workflows.

Right-click the workflow, and then click All Tasks > Export.

From your local browser window, go to the folder where you want to save the workflow.

In the File name box, type a file name for the workflow and then click Save.
The workflow is saved as an XML file in the folder you specified.
