Prerequisites for Laptop Backup

Perform the following steps before configuring your CommCell environment for Laptop Backup:

1. Install the CommServe on your client computer. If IIS is enabled on your client, then the Web Server and Command Center is installed automatically.

   If the CommServe computer does not have IIS enabled or if you want to install the Web Server and Command Center separately, see Installing the Command Center.

2. Install the MediaAgent and configure your Disk Libraries.
