Jobs in Storage Policy Copies Report
Use this dialog box to select filter criteria to be included in the Jobs in Storage Policy Copies Report.
The individual filter criteria are listed and explained below.
Backup Type
Specifies that the report will display only those jobs that correspond to the specified data protection operation. The following options are available:

All
Includes all backup operations that will be included in the report.

Full
Includes full backup operations that will be included in the report.

Differential
Includes differential backup operations that will be included in the report.

Incremental
Includes incremental and SQL transaction log backup operations that will be included in the report.

Synthetic Full
Includes synthetic full backup operations that will be included in the report.
Aged Data

Exclude Aged Jobs
Specifies that aged jobs that will not be included in the report.

Include Aged Jobs
Specifies that aged jobs will be included in the report.

Show only Aged Jobs
Specifies that only aged jobs will be included in the report. Jobs that have not been aged will not be included.
Filter by Data Status

Available
Specifies jobs with a status level of Available that will be included in the report.

Jobs that need to be Copied
Specifies jobs with a status level of To Be Copied that will be included in the report.

Jobs that will not be Copied
Specifies manually disabled jobs that will be included in the report.
Include

Jobs in Storage Policy Summary
Specifies jobs from the Storage Policy Summary will be included in the report.

Data Verification History
Specifies data verification status per job, history, and timestamp of successful data verification on job for storage policy copies will be included in the report.

Retained by Extended Retention Only
Specifies jobs associated with storage policy copies defined with extended retention rules will be included in the report.
Save As
Click to save the selected options as a report template or as a script file.
When you save the operation as a script, each option in the dialog will have a corresponding xml parameter in the script file. When executing the script, you can modify the value for any of these XML parameters as needed.
