Job Summary Report
Use this tab to select the filter criteria to generate job summary reports (either data management, data recovery, or administrative reports). For a scheduled job summary report, you can use this tab to modify filter options that have already been selected, or to select additional filter options.
The individual filter criteria are listed and explained below.
All Jobs
Includes data management, data recovery, and administrative jobs in the report.
Data Management Jobs
Allows you to select data management filter criteria, in addition to View Type filters, to generate data management job summary reports.

Backup
The Calendar Backup Job Summary Report and the Backup Job Summary Report, provide a summary of data management jobs based on the selected filter criteria.

Archive/Compliance Archive
The Calendar Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report and the Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report provide a summary of archive jobs based on the selected filter criteria.

ContinuousDataReplicator
The ContinuousDataReplicator Replication Job Summary Report provides replication pair statistics, including failures, and details for each recovery point job.
Data Recovery Jobs
Allows you to select data recovery filter criteria to generate data recovery job summary reports.

The Restore Job Summary Report provides a summary of data recovery jobs based on the selected filter criteria.

The Recovery/Retrieve Job Summary Report provides a summary of DataArchiver recovery jobs based on the selected filter criteria.

The ContinuousDataReplicator Copyback Job Summary Report provides a summary of client copyback operations for a specified time period; failure reasons and associated events; and status and throughput unit of each job.

The Stub Recall Summary Report provides a summary of stub recall history based on the selected filter criteria.

The Disaster Recovery Backup Job Summary Report provides a summary of Disaster Recovery backup jobs based on the selected filter criteria.

The EraseBackup/Archived Data Job Summary Report provides a summary of backed up or archived data that has been erased and is no longer available for recovery.

This Media Refresh Job Summary Report provides a summary of the media refresh jobs that replaced the media associated with an existing storage policy copy.

Reconstruct Dedupe Database
This Reconstruct Dedupe Database Job Summary Report provides a summary of the snapshot to media jobs for each client.
View Type
Allows you to select the view type for a Backup Job Summary Report or a Archive Job Summary Report.
Calendar
Allows you to generate a Calendar Backup Job Summary Report or a Calendar Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report based on the selected data management filter criteria.
Detailed
Allows you to generate a Backup Job Summary Report or an Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report, based on the selected data management filter criteria.
Job ID
Allows you to generate a Backup Job Summary Report based on a specific Job ID.
Group By
Based on type of data management or data recovery operation selected, this option allows you to group by Client, Destination Client, Source Client, Storage Policy, Agent, or Job ID in the report.
Job(s) with Description
When selected it displays job descriptions saved by the user while initiating, scheduling and running a job.
Save As
Click to save the selected options as a report template or as a script file.
When you save the operation as a script, each option in the dialog will have a corresponding xml parameter in the script file. When executing the script, you can modify the value for any of these XML parameters as needed.
