Job Summary Report
Use this tab to select additional filter options for the report. Not all fields apply to all operation types. For a job summary report that is scheduled, you can use this tab to modify filter options that have already been selected, or to select additional filter options.
Replication Statistics
Specifies whether to include details of ContinuousDataReplicator replication activity (e.g., replication pairs, source and destination paths, states, phases, length of phases, etc.).

Failed Objects
Includes the ContinuousDataReplicator objects that have failed to be transferred, completed, or written during replication attempts.

Attempts
Includes the number of attempts at replication the ContinuousDataReplicator has made for the replication pair for the selected computers.
Recovery Point
Specifies whether to include a summary of the creation of ContinuousDataReplicator Recovery Points.

Failure Reason
Includes a description of the failure reason why an operation went into a waiting or pending state, or failed. Reasons may include media reservation issues, application specific errors, library drive issues, network issues, and/or job manager issues.

Job Attempts
Includes job attempt information in the report (for Data Management Operations Only).

Associated Events
Includes all the events associated with each operation in the report.

Subclient Content and Filters
Includes the subclient content that is being protected, as well as any filters and filter exceptions that were used during the data management operation.

Protected Objects
Includes the objects that have been backed up in the report. Registry keys can be set to sort the objects by size, name, etc. See the Registry Keys (Reports) in Books Online for details.

Failed Objects
Includes the objects that have failed to be protected/recovered/retrieved in the report. For Oracle, this includes output from Oracle's Recovery Manager (RMAN).

Erased Objects
Includes all the erased objects when the report is retrieved.

Content Indexing Failures
Includes the objects that have failed content indexing.

Applications and Volumes
For ContinuousDataReplicator, shows the applications and volumes included in Recovery Points.

Successful Files
Includes those files that were recovered/retrieved in the report.
Storage

Associated Media
Includes the media used for each operation in the report.

Drive
Includes the drive information related to the job in the report.

Storage Policy
Includes the storage policies associated with the subclients that were protected in the report.

MediaAgents
The MediaAgent(s) associated with the job in the report.
Job Information

Job Options
Includes the options that were selected for each operation in the report.

Description
Displays the job description assigned by the user while initiating, scheduling and running a job.

Initiating User
Includes the CommCell user that initiated the operation in the report.

Include Client Description
Includes additional information about each client in the report.
Advanced

Other Unsuccessful Jobs
Includes jobs that did not complete successfully in the report.

Aged Data
Includes data that have been pruned in the report.

Include Backup Copy Jobs
Includes backup copy jobs in the report.

Include Media Deleted Jobs
Includes media deleted jobs in the report.

Include Data Saved By Dedup
Includes data saved by dedup jobs in the report.

Include Backup Files Only
When selected, includes only backup files in the report.

Allow Dynamic Content
When selected with Job Options, it will collapse the job options used to generate the report. The job options are viewable when the Job Options link is selected in the report.

For each subclient show only
Coverage
Includes all jobs run after a successful operation for each subclient. Jobs that failed prior to the successful operation are not included.
Latest Trend
Includes the last job for each subclient.
Save As
Click to save the selected options as a report template or as a script file.
When you save the operation as a script, each option in the dialog will have a corresponding xml parameter in the script file. When executing the script, you can modify the value for any of these XML parameters as needed.
