Using the Stub Rehydration App to Recall Stubs from Exchange Mailboxes

You can use the Exchange Stub Rehydration app to recall stubbed emails from Exchange user mailboxes and to monitor the recall process.

Procedure

1. Download and import the Exchange Stub Rehydration app from the Commvault Store.

2. Log on to the Web Console.

3. Click Apps.

   The My Apps page appears.

4. Click ExchangeStubRehydration.

   The ExchangeStubRehydration report appears.

5. Click Add Exchange Client.

   The Select Exchange Client dialog box appears.

6. Select the Exchange client that includes the mailboxes that you want to rehydrate, and then click OK.

   A list of mailboxes appears.

   Tip

   Click Refresh for the latest Total Stub Count and Total Stub Size for the mailbox.

7. Select the mailboxes that you want to rehydrate, and then click Start Rehydration.
