Creating SMTP Journaling App for the ContentStore Mailbox

Create SMTP Journaling App.

Before You Begin

• Configure the index server.

• Create a journal mailbox plan.

• Gather the information that you need to complete the procedure.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, expand Protect > Exchange.

   The Exchange page appears.

2. On the upper-right of the page, click Add , and then click SMTP Journaling.

   The Add SMTP Journaling App page appears.

3. Enter the required information.

4. Click Finish.

   The SMTP Journaling App that you created appears. You can perform configuration tasks at the SMTP Journaling App level on this page.
