Adding Azure Hypervisor Credentials to Credential Vault

To centrally manage and share your Azure hypervisor credentials, add your Azure hypervisor credentials to Credential Vault.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Security.

   The Security page appears.

2. Click the Credential vault tile.

   The Manage credentials page appears.

3. Click Add.

   The Add credential dialog box appears.

4. Specify the following:

   1. For Account type, select Cloud Account.

   2. For Vendor type, select Microsoft Azure.

   3. For Authorization type, select IAM AD Application.

   4. In Credential name, enter a descriptive name for the credential.

   5. In Tenant ID, enter the tenant ID for the Azure account.

   6. In Application ID, enter the application ID for the tenant.

   7. In Application secret, enter the application password.

   8. For Environment, select the Azure environment type.

   9. In Description, enter a description of the credential.

5. Under Security, specify the following:

   • For Owner, select the user or the group that you want to own the credential.

   • For User/Group, select the user or the group that the credential applies to.

6. Click Save.
