You can create a user-defined subclient to backup specific CIFS share of Azure NetApp Files.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > File Servers.
The File Servers page appears.

Click on the Azure NetApp Files client.
The Azure NetApp Files client details page appears.

Under Protocols, click CIFS.
The CIFS page appears.

In the Subclients section, on the right of the page, click Add subclient.
The Add subclient page appears.

In the Subclient name box, enter a name for the subclient.

From the Backup sets list, select a backup set.

Click Next.

From the Plan list, select the server plan to use for the subclient.

Click Next.

In the Content section, on the right of the page, do the following:

Click Add > Browse.

In the Browse Options window, specify the Interface path.

From the Access node list, select an access node and then click Browse.

In the Impersonate user window, select the credentials and then click Save.

In the Add content window, specify the content that you want to back up.
By default, the content browse for CIFS will be in auto-mounted format. For example, \.
You can also add a custom path to back up content by navigating to Add > Custom Path and then specifying the share mount path in the Enter custom path box.

To exclude folders or files from the backup, in the Exclusions section, add the content to exclude.

From the Include global exclusions list, select one of the following:

Off: Disables global exclusions for the subclient.

On: Enables global exclusions for the subclient.

Use cell level policy: Enables or disables global exclusions for the subclient depending on whether the Use global exclusions on all subclients option is enabled for the environment.

To access the data using pre-defined user credentials, in the Impersonation account field, click Edit and then select the user credentials or add new credentials by clearing the Saved credentials check box.

Click Submit.
