Effect of Deprecation
Starting on March 15, 2021, Commvault will no longer support Docker VSA across all service packs and feature releases.
Replacement
Commvault continues to support containerization data protection through the Kubernetes VSA, which provides Docker container protection, migration, and disaster recovery.
To continue data protection, migrate any existing standalone docker containers to a supported Kubernetes cluster.
