Mount the Virtual Disks on the MediaAgents/Proxy(s)

Mount the virtual disk on the MediaAgent in which you plan to configure the disk library so that it is accessible to the MediaAgent. This MediaAgent must have the proxy installed in it and the virtual disk exported to the proxy.

Procedure

1. On the MediaAgent/Proxy, navigate to the following folder

   # cd /usr/local/hedvig/scripts

2. Run the following script.

   # ./commvault_mount.sh <vdiskname>

   Replace <vdiskname> with the name of the vdisk.

   This will mount the virtual disk on the MediaAgent and will persist the mount path after a reboot.
