SharePoint Online: Installing Index Store, Content Analyzer, and Web Server

If you want to include SharePoint Online for discovery and compliance tasks in Risk Analysis, then the required Commvault software packages must be installed on specific computers.

Procedure

1. On the SharePoint Online access node, install the following packages:

   • Web Server package

   • Content Analyzer package

   • SharePoint Agent package (if not installed)

   Note

   Ensure that you have completed the post-install instructions for the SharePoint Agent. For more information, see Post-Install Considerations for Office 365 with SharePoint.

2. On the computer that will be used as the Index Server, install the Index Store package.
