Subscription ID
Enter the subscription ID of your Azure account.
Log on to the Azure portal. From the left menu, click Subscriptions. Select your subscription to view your subscription ID.
Tenant ID
The tenant ID associated with the SQL client.
Log on to the Azure portal. From the left menu, click Azure Active Directory > Properties. The Directory ID value is your tenant ID.
Application ID
The application ID.
Log on to the Azure portal. From the left menu, select Azure Active Directory > App Registrations > application. The Application ID will be listed.
Application Password
The key that was generated when you created the application.
