You can install the most recent Commvault feature release and updates on a laptop or a computer.
A feature release is a collection of updates and hotfixes that are released every 90 days to resolve software issues and to enhance software performance.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Laptops.
The Laptops page appears.

For the laptop or the computer that you want to update, in the Actions column, click the action button
, and then click Update software.The Confirm update software dialog box appears.

If you need to force the laptop or the computer to restart after the update, select the Reboot if required check box.

Click Yes.
